This course for you, if:

  • You are for some reason contraindicated (temporarily or permanently) to practicing yoga, but you would like to study this culture in detail theoretically;
  • You do not have an opportunity to take the whole chain of “Introductory Courses” in sequence (whether due to your unstable pace of life, lack of free time, or any other non-standard conditions);
  • You are in a personal coach (whether with Mihhail Duzenko or someone else), where practical exercises are selected for you individually.

Course program:

1.0 Introduction to Yoga

  • Course structure, class structure, yin yoga asanas;
  • Universe in terms of yoga;
  • Basic laws of the Universe: karma, tapas, reincarnation;
  • Origins of Vedic culture;
  • The four main types of yoga;
  • Raja Yoga by Patanjali;
  • History of Yin Yoga;
  • The physical effects of Yin Yoga;
  • The mental impact of Yin Yoga;
  • Principle of building a Yin practice

2.0 Introduction to Yoga

  • Review of the previous course, Structure of this, class;
  • History of Hatha Yoga;
  • Structure of the subtle bodies of man;
  • The impact of yoga on human energy;
  • The tools of Hatha Yoga;
  • Effective methods of purification of the body;
  • Yogic nutrition and fasting;
  • The Limits of Flexibility: The Nervous System and Reflexes;
  • The Limits of Flexibility: Skeletal Limitations;
  • Basic Principles of Yoga Therapy.

3.0 Introduction to Yoga

  • Review of the previous courses, Structure of this, class;
  • Parampara of the Sikh lineage;
  • Vibration, sound, mantra;
  • Breath, Pranayama;
  • Asanas, mudras, locks;
  • Relaxation, Shavasana;
  • Mindfulness and Meditation;
  • Positive Affirmation;
  • Principle of the effects of Kundalini practice;
  • Yoga and the Challenges of the Age of Aquarius.

Sequence:

  • Once you enroll in the course, you will have access to the materials for the next 90 days;;
  • The course is laid out in a sequential way, so that each next lesson is only available after the previous one is done;
  • Each lesson contains a video lecture on a given topic and a quiz to confirm the material;
  • Each test contains 6 questions. In order to pass it, you need to answer half of them correctly (don’t be scared, the questions are really uncomplicated, only on the studied and you have 3 tries to pass it);
  • If for any reason you did not complete the material offered in the course in 3 months, you can purchase the course again at any time and continue from where you left off. All of your test records will be saved (as well as access to the completed lectures – you can view them again if you like). . 

Contraindications:

  • Since this course contains no practical exercises, there are no contraindications either.
