In Course 1.1, our main objective is to begin doing a gentle Yin yoga body stretching practice, combining this with a study of the origins of yoga, its philosophy, and the practical benefits of exercises.
In Course 1.2, we increase the intensity of the class by doing the asanas more dynamically, applying strength and practicing balances. In the theoretical part, we explore the tools of Hatha yoga and their subtle effects on the individual.
In Course 1.3 we no longer work with stretching. Our task now is to affect the workings of consciousness, to cultivate and evolve it. The tools of Kundalini yoga will help us in this.
